We warehouse our products in Evansville, IN. Products are packaged and shipped by our volunteer force of Karama Mamas and staff within 1-3 business days of placing order. Typical shipping time is 2-5 days within the US. Your order will be shipped via USPS or FedEx.
Shipping costs are calculated using real time shipping costs from our carriers.
As our customer, we ask you to provide an accurate shipping address that can accept shipments from selected shipping method, USPS or FedEx. If your order is returned due to an undeliverable address, you may incur additional shipping charges.
Please note that the seasonal rush from Thanksgiving to Christmas can impact time of delivery from our trusted carriers.

Ship Best Way: The option of "Ship Best Way" allows us to calculate and choose the most economical option between the USPS and Fedex.
USPS Priority Mail Shipping: "In most cases, the expected delivery date printed on your receipt or provided at checkout will reflect a delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. FedEx Ground: "cost-effective, day-definite service with transit times supported by a money-back guarantee" (Fedex.com)
FedEx 2Day: "cost-effective solution that offers morning delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most areas" (Fedex.com)
Fedex Standard Overnight: next day "delivery by 3 p.m. to most addresses, and by 8 p.m. to residences" (Fedex.com)

We hope you love your Karama Collection pieces, each handmade with dignity by artisans in impoverished areas. If you receive your package and find it does not meet you needs, please follow our return process to receive a full refund.
Your order is shipped with a Packing Slip indicating specifics of the sale. If you choose to return the product, we simply ask that you indicate the reason on the Packing Slip and return within 15 days of receiving the order. Returned items must arrive in their original condition for a full refund and all sale items are final sale.
When the returned item is received, a refund will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price of the product. Shipping costs associated with the order cannot be refunded.

We delight in the uniqueness and handmade quality of our products! Products may vary slightly from items pictured, with individual variations in color, shape, design and size variations from product to product.
Please contact us immediately if any item in your order is damaged. We will do our best to replace or offer a refund for products received damaged.
If items are damaged during shipment, please note we will file a claim with the carrier and you will need to save the damaged products, original shipping container and any additional packing materials to support our claim.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders due to fault of shipping carriers.
